It's all about the babies - joeys and their carers.
Orphaned and injured joeys that come into our care are hand-raised in the nursery, fed, kept warm and monitored around the clock, just as they would be in the pouch, until they're old enough and strong enough to be released back into the wild. It's demanding, round-the-clock work carried out by our volunteer carers, and it's at the heart of everything Wombat Fauna and Rescue does.
